Foretell does not guarantee success of any advise and therefore suggests clients to use their best judgment to initiate actions based on the advise.
The advisory service is for use by only the subscribers of the service. Use of this service in any manner without subscription or without written permission amounts to violation of intellectual property right.
Foretell reserves the right to initiate legal actions against person responsible directly or indirectly for permitting illegal usage.
The advisory service is not meant for sharing in any manner and is meant only for personal use. Person intending to share the service may do so after paying the necessary up-gradation fees to Foretell. However, Foretell reserves the right to review its licensing policy including tariff on a case-to-case basis for all such corporate subscriptions.
The service is rendered over mobile phone to only clients based in India. Clients who are located outside India and wish to avail the service, are requested to submit the request separately. Tariff will be different for all such services rendered to clients located outside the country and would be negotiated on a case-to-case basis.
Foretell reserves the right to terminate the service of a client without assigning any reason by refunding the money due for the un-expired portion of the service period.
